During the six episodes, produced by Non Panic, Rubio, who travels throughout Belpaese, will stop in those special rooms that are recognized immediately because they have a parking lot full of trucks. Restaurants near road networks, which offer the best quality / price ratio, often secret places, real "goodies" known only by a small clientele of loyal customers. In each episode, Rubio will travel along a stretch of the road in the company of 3 different truck drivers, who will host him aboard his vehicles to take him to his favorite "niche".
We stayed 2 times here, once taking the 'fixed price and other' menu at the command. Excellent options for both: affordable prices, nice portions and delicious preparation. What do you want more?
We went to sail, passing through these parts, given the report on the television program "Truckisti in trattoria". As expected, the restaurant is within walking distance of the motorway exit (Affi on the A22). Immersed literally in a classical industrial area, you can see why it is the only structure that is not concrete. Small place, spartan but clean and cozy. External space partially shaded; clean bathroom. Ample parking.
Attended by workers, perhaps more artisans working in the area (regular customers) than truck drivers. The menu is at a fixed price (lunch at 12 and dinner at 15) which is free at slightly higher prices. "Trucker" lots of products that look attractive!
We take the dishes from the menu: tagliolini with truffle (scorzone typical of the area) excellent and abundant € 9, excellent and abundant roast beef € 7, mineral water 1/2 liter bottle € 1, coffee € 1.1. Not covered. Keep in mind that, taking into account the most frequent customers, the restaurant has a very long opening hours, but at night the kitchen closes at 20:30 and on Saturday night and Sunday is closed.

Simple place between the sheds but of excellent simple cuisine, but also varied and abundant. The choice even on the 15 euro menu is good and you can enjoy tasty and well-made dishes. There is a covered and well-ventilated outdoor area because the area is always ventilated. The atmosphere is handled in the family with great courtesy and sympathy of all. A square in front makes it convenient for truck drivers for whom you can listen to multiple languages.
