What is Bianco coffee?
We love the delicious Italian coffee of Bianco and we want to share it with our customers. Our partnership with Bianco Caffè is based on both sharing the philosophy of quality ingredients and the value of a moment. The white is the moment of pause for "Atimi di Café" which allows us to destabilize our obligations and to make our daily life more pleasant.Coffee has been an integral part of Italian culture ever since Venice started making it its commercial asset as early as 1570. Naples quickly incorporated the art of coffee to become the ambassador for Italian espresso in the world. Neapolitans have as a mark the search for good living and creativity. These are the two fundamental elements on which white coffee has been based since 1932.
It is in 2017 that the brand Bianco wanted to present itself in other regions and it is with pleasure that the Balthazar exclusively proposes this coffee intended to recreate moments of coffee and Neapolitan quality.
"This is one of the most confusing drinks," Caran told ABC News. "There are many different definitions, but the best way to consider flat white is a little more in its cultural context."
Even its cultural context is obscure. Its birth in the 1990s is widely recognized in Australia, although New Zealand also claims ownership. As popular history says, a cappuccino 20 years ago would have had a "very dry foam, which means they added a ton of air, almost like a meringue mousse," said Caran.

Macchiato - If you are looking for a coffee drink with a lot less milk, you can opt for the macchiato. It is an espresso with a little steamed milk. In Italian, "macchiato" means "brand", so it is an espresso marked with milk. It's good if you want the intensity of the espresso taste, but cut a little with the sweet sensation of milk.
Cappuccino - A cappuccino is located between a macchiato and a latte. This is done by pouring the espresso into the cup of coffee, which is then filled with steamed milk and mousse. If you order a cappuccino "dry", you will get one with more foam. The same applies to a "wet" cappuccino, which will have more milk.
The reserve bar has a large six-foot oak bar, where guests sit in front of their bartender, soak in beer and chat over coffee. Unfortunately, I went for a weekend and the bar of the reserve was extremely busy, so I could not experience this feature. The bar is first, first served, and you always have to order your drinks at the cash registers. It can only accommodate a dozen customers, so try to come during quieter periods.
