The only thing I can insert is the part that catches the pods overflowing with the water that comes out of them. I forgot to drain the water part the other day and something like that happened. Empty every two days and since then it has not happened.
Our machine shuts off normally but does not turn on when you open the capsule holder, or if you slide it and touch the switches that should light. Now it happens all the time, so it's not a tray full of empty capsules. To do this you need to turn it off on the wall. Any ideas
I think that in your case it sounds like a problem with your car, you could try to restart it, you have to turn on the machine and keep the two keys the same way, for about 4 seconds until the front button flashes to confirm the restart, I hope that works for you if not, the Nespresso staff is very friendly and helpful, I am sure they will be happy to help you.
In fact, sometimes mine does too. I had completely forgotten when I wrote the review. I have no idea what causes it, but I just turned it off at the feeding point and the problem seems to be solved on its own.
The reason why the coffee goes to the drain pan is probably due to a fault in the articulated supply peak in which two small 2 mm plastic tips were worn and, therefore, the peak does not move articulated to the supply position.
I had a Umilk for 3 years with no problems. I was stuck to escape the water tank connection, but it was not the tank that was defective. The car is dead and I bought a new one. Since then, I have had 3 replacements, since the same problem occurred with each of the new ones. Is it that only I or other people have had this problem?
My car is new and I have not found this problem, but I should have decalcified it a couple of times. Verify that the coffee capsule is not bent or damaged and inserted correctly and, if this does not work, send an email to Nespresso? My last machine, a Latissimo, worked perfectly for 5 years, then I began to lose water from above, I gave up and bought the Solo and very happy; but it's still new ... good luck Chris ...
What is happening is that the output output is not forced down after the machine has been hooked with the capsule and the coffee begins to flow. As a result, the coffee falls directly into the lower waste tray. The cause of this in my case was that the tips on the side of the beak had worn away and were not connected to the mechanism that pushes the tube down and directs the coffee to the cup below.
I could not find a spare part on the web, although someone indicated that I had $ 15.00, so they will need some research. I have the technical ability to drill a hole in the tip and spread it with a soft 2 mm thread that I stuck in place. Reassembly works perfectly.
There is a video on the Webb that shows you how to disarm it, but you need some technical skills. The only screws involved are in the base, three of which hold the lid in place, all other connections in the beak mechanism are plastic clips and move easily.
My perc is new. My old milk was very lost and I had to send it to Nespresso. Everything solved. They even gave me a substitute to follow. The cost was $ 75. Here is the standard rate. The price is fixed on demand.
I placed a capsule on the top of the machine as I do every day, I press the button that I like and the lights in the upper blink and then the capsule falls in the basket below ... what happens? Yesterday the beer was a little slower than normal, otherwise it worked well.
I have already experienced this problem. Although it is not 100%, I remember that it had something to do with the densely packed coffee capsule and that the water could not pass. I got the pod ejected and tried again and it seemed to work. It might even be useful to change the size of the machine if you have not done it recently. I tend to use the Kazaar Pod which is the strongest in the Nespresso range and I was wondering if trying other pods not so strong (densely packed) would have caused the same problem. I hope this helps
