I have a coffee and a Nespresso coffee. Dissatisfied, however, the milk shake always overflows during heating. I only use whole milk and they always fill up well below the maximum line, but it's still a disaster. I tried to exchange the 2 different milk fritters and the spring mix, but I can not solve the flow. Frustrating! Does anyone have any advice?
I just started having the same problem. The coffee still comes out of the mouthpiece, but I also see that it becomes the container of the capsule and, as a result, I have less coffee in my cup and a big mess around the counter. I noticed that this started only after decalcifying my car. I wonder if there is a block somewhere. It will go back down and see if this solves the problem. Did you discover what was the cause of the problem?
Even having the same problem after 3 years working well. The same happened with my daughter's machines. Obviously a design flaw that must be seen. Both daughters have recently purchased other coffee machines that do not require pods.

The same problem with my unit. After brushing (inside the toothbrush) the inside of the nozzle inlet 10 times, it was a bit better. With a compressor, blow air to the outside of the nozzle, eliminating waste. Now it works correctly.
You're probably still swallowing too much milk. These milk fritters are more or less good just to create an excessively aerated foam. I discovered that you only need a small amount of milk. The brother in this car simply packed up after approximately two weeks of use and a separate brother was bought to take his place. Unfortunately, even this is the same, it requires a small amount of milk and frothy milk too. Once your cycle is finished, textured millet does not look anything like what you should do if done correctly with a steam wand. If you know how it looks and has a good Flat White or Latte, this is the wrong car. You will probably do better with an automatic machine, or better if you get a manual machine where you extract coffee and texturize milk with a steam wand.
My nespresso is losing the bottom and the coffee comes out only in small quantities x 2, even when the milk component attacks, the machine will not work. Is there a way to decalcify even if the descaling light is not on? thanks - model lattissima +

I do not know where you are, but I buy the Gourmesso capsules online. While they do not have the variety that Nespresso has, they are good and most people still have few favorites. I imagine they can send anywhere. The best part: if you pay with Pay Pal, you have the option to pay after delivery 14 days later. :-)
I'm sorry, I can not help you. Ring Nespresso Club 1800 623 033 are fantastic. They will help you immediately. If they think there is a fault in the car, they will send you a replacement and they will send you the box to return your car. They fix it and return it door to door from TNT. It costs you nothing. You will never receive a better service.
If you have not tried to disconnect the machine, reconnect it and then turn it on again. I would. If it still does not work, I would call Nespresso. They are really good at solving problems and, if the car does not work, they can still ask them to come back to see if they can fix it. If you ask, they will most likely send you a borrowed car.
